A typical day involves lots of laughter with your colleagues and customers. Your fingertip feel for customer service will bring smiles to customers' faces as you use your expertise to assist them in the store. It is you, along with your colleagues, who handle everything from staffing the checkout to restocking the shelves. You help customers with returns or to find the right product.

What’s in your CV?

If you have worked in service or retail before, that is a merit, but it is not a requirement. For us, the most important thing is that you, as a person, are passionate about delivering a good customer experience, have drive and engagement. You write and speak good Swedish (English is a plus) and have good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.

If you have a forklift license, that is a plus but not a requirement.

Good to know

Location: Norrköping. The position is a summer temporary job from June to August for up to 50%. Training takes place during weeks 20-21. For those who show initiative, there is a chance for extension after the summer. As a store employee, you will work during the day, evenings, and weekends.
